Shipping Policy

This policy covers how we ship orders placed on vedikuregroup.com. For cancellations, subscriptions and pre-orders, see our cancellation policy. For returns and refunds, see our returns policy.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to addresses outside the US, including US territories, at this time. Orders placed with a non-US address will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping rates

Orders of $50.00 and up ship free with Standard Shipping.
Orders under $50.00 ship for a flat $3.50.

The threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Delivery time

Standard Shipping takes 2 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add a day or two.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it.

Changing your address

If you need to change your shipping address, email info@vedikuregroup.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. [Confirm: does the customer pay the reshipping cost?]

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you do not have it, check with neighbours, building management and the carrier first. If it has not turned up after [X] days, email us with your order number and we will help.

If your order arrives damaged, email info@vedikuregroup.com within [X] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and the product. We will send a replacement or a refund.

Subscription orders

Subscription deliveries ship on the schedule you chose at checkout and follow the same rates and delivery times above. You will get a shipping confirmation for each delivery. To change the frequency or pause a subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship once the product is in stock. We will email you when your order is on its way.
