VediKure gut health supplements cover eight formulas across capsules and powders: organic sea moss, berberine, bovine colostrum, a birch chaga and pine bark gut wellness powder, turmeric blends, a greens superfood and a fiber-based acai capsule with psyllium and inulin. Every product lists its full ingredients, serving size and cautions on the label, and every label carries the standard FDA dietary supplement disclaimer. Digestive health is personal, so start with the label, not the marketing.

The eight side by side
Five come as capsules, three as powders you mix into water or another drink. Here is what each one actually contains.
These are dietary supplements, so the label is the product. Every one of the eight lists the same things, and it is worth reading them before you order.
How to take them
Every label states its own serving. These four habits apply to all eight.
Capsule products here are two per day. Powders are one scoop mixed into 6 to 8 ounces of water or another drink.
Supplements are daily-use products. Pairing them with an existing habit, morning coffee or breakfast, makes the routine stick.
The powder labels say to drink within about ten minutes of mixing, so mix a glass, don't batch a bottle.
Every label says the same thing: cool, dry place, out of reach of children, and don't use if the safety seal is broken.
Preference, not performance. Capsules travel better and need no mixing. Powders like Nuvori and Samoksha go into water, juice, tea or coffee, which suits people who dislike swallowing pills. Five of the eight products here are capsules, three are powders.
Sea moss is a red algae, Chondrus crispus, also called Irish moss. Samudra uses organic Irish moss alongside bladderwrack and burdock root in a vegetable capsule.
Colostrum is the first milk mammals produce after giving birth. GoMaa is bovine colostrum in powder form, providing 2300 mg per serving standardized to 25% immunoglobulin G.
Amrava contains psyllium and inulin, both dietary fibers. Inulin is a prebiotic fiber that also appears in Nuvori's greens blend. Both amounts are part of each formula, not full daily fiber servings, so check the labels.
Samudra sea moss, Berberine, Samoksha, Amrava and Nuvori carry vegan friendly labels. GoMaa is bovine colostrum, so it is animal-derived by definition. TurMaya contains glucosamine from shellfish. AmaRoot's label does not state a vegan status.
It means the extract is measured to contain a set percentage of a marker compound, so each batch matches. In this collection: TurMaya's turmeric extract is standardized to 95% curcuminoids, GoMaa's colostrum to 25% immunoglobulin G, and AmaRoot's artichoke extract to 5% cynarin.
Three do. TurMaya contains shellfish (crab, lobster, crawfish). Amrava contains tree nuts (black walnut hull). GoMaa is derived from cow's milk colostrum. Each allergen is stated on the product label.
The labels only cover each product on its own, so ask a doctor or pharmacist before combining them. Worth knowing: AmaRoot, TurMaya and Nuvori all contain turmeric and ginger, so taking them together stacks the same botanicals.
Capsule products hold 60 capsules, a 30-day supply at two per day. Samoksha holds 60 scoop servings. Nuvori and GoMaa are scoop-based powders, so check the servings on each label.
No. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and we won't tell you otherwise. If you have ongoing digestive symptoms, see a doctor first. These are supplements to a normal diet, not substitutes for medical care.
Seven of the eight are manufactured in the USA. Samoksha is manufactured in Estonia. All eight ship from the US.
Every label carries the same instruction: pregnant or nursing mothers should consult a physician before use. We don't have data beyond that, so the honest answer is ask your doctor, not us.
