NAD+ 500 mg, quercetin dihydrate 250 mg and Japanese knotweed extract 150 mg at 98 percent resveratrol. 60 vegetable capsules, two a day.
Ayu: NAD+ provides 500 mg of NAD+, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, in a vegetable capsule, alongside 250 mg of quercetin dihydrate from Sophora japonica flower bud and 150 mg of Japanese knotweed extract standardized to 98 percent resveratrol. Sixty capsules, two a day.
NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every living cell and it takes part in the reactions that release energy from food. Quercetin and resveratrol are plant polyphenols and are the two compounds most often formulated alongside NAD+ ingredients.*
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) (500 mg), Quercetin Dihydrate Extract (Sophora japonica) (whole flower bud) (250 mg), Japanese Knotweed Extract (98% Resveratrol) (Polygonum cuspidatum) (root) (150 mg), HPMC (vegetable capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC), Brown Rice Flour, Olive Oil, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

Before you buy
This is the open question in the category and we are not going to pretend otherwise. NAD+ is a large and fragile molecule. Almost all the published human research on raising NAD+ by mouth has been done on its precursors rather than on NAD+ itself, and there is very little trial data on swallowing NAD+ directly. The science here is not settled in either direction.
Because that is where the research has been done. Precursors are smaller molecules the body converts into NAD+, and they are what the human trials used. This product is NAD+ itself, not a precursor. If precursor research is the reason you are buying, that is worth knowing before you order rather than after.
They are the two plant polyphenols most often formulated alongside NAD+ ingredients in this category. The quercetin here comes from Sophora japonica flower bud, and the resveratrol from Japanese knotweed root standardized to 98 percent.
HPMC is the vegetable capsule shell. Microcrystalline cellulose, brown rice flour, olive oil, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate are there to fill the capsule and keep the powder flowing. None of them are active ingredients.
Good to know
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It is a coenzyme present in every living cell and it takes part in the reactions that release energy from food.
500 mg NAD+, 250 mg quercetin dihydrate extract and 150 mg Japanese knotweed extract at 98 percent resveratrol. The label does not specify whether those are per capsule or per two capsule serving. We have asked the manufacturer.
No. NMN is a precursor, a smaller molecule the body can convert into NAD+. This product contains NAD+ itself, not a precursor.
That is genuinely unsettled. NAD+ is a large, fragile molecule and the human research on raising NAD+ by mouth has mostly been done on precursors rather than on NAD+ itself.
Japanese knotweed root, Polygonum cuspidatum, standardized to 98 percent resveratrol. That is the usual commercial source.
The whole flower bud of Sophora japonica.
The capsule shell is HPMC, which is plant based. We have asked the manufacturer to confirm the source of the magnesium stearate, which can be either plant or animal derived, and will state it here.
60 capsules at two a day is 30 days.
The label says two capsules daily with 6 oz of water and does not specify a time of day.
It is not for anyone under 18. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition of any kind, speak to your doctor before starting it.
Microcrystalline cellulose, brown rice flour, olive oil, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate are fillers and flow agents. They fill the capsule and keep the powder moving through the machine.
