Rudra: Fermented Mushroom Blend

Rudra is a fermented mushroom blend made with six varieties of organically grown mushrooms in their full-spectrum state: Cordyceps, Reishi, Himematsutake, Shiitake, Maitake and Turkey Tail.

Mushroom cell walls are made of chitin, an indigestible fibre. Chitin has to be cooked, hot-water extracted or fermented before the body can access what is inside it. Our mushrooms are micro-cultured through a probiotic fermentation process, so the blend arrives pre-digested and mixes easily into food or drinks.

The blend naturally contains vitamins, minerals and polysaccharides, and is paired with an organic prebiotic fibre blend of inulin, green tea extract and fermented ginger root.
