AumKa chocolate is the flavored version of our grass fed collagen peptides. The collagen is the same bovine hide collagen, types I and III. What is added is cocoa, acacia, salt, xanthan gum, a natural flavor, stevia and silica. There is no sugar in it. The tub holds 378 g and the label calls for two scoops a serving.

The collagen is the same. This one adds cocoa, acacia, salt, xanthan gum, a natural flavor, stevia and silica, comes in a 378 g tub and takes two scoops a serving. The unflavored version is a single ingredient, comes in a 280 g tub and takes one scoop.
Does it contain sugar?
No. It is sweetened with stevia extract, listed as Reb A.
How much collagen is in a serving?
The label calls for two scoops but does not state the weight of a scoop or how much of it is collagen. We have asked the manufacturer for the full Supplement Facts panel and will publish it here.
How many servings are in a tub?
We cannot say yet, for the same reason. The tub holds 378 g and a serving is two scoops, but the scoop weight is not on the label.
Is it vegan?
No. The collagen comes from bovine hide, so it is an animal protein.
Can I put it in hot coffee?
Yes. The label says hot or cold. Hydrolyzed collagen does not set into a gel the way gelatin does.
Does it taste sweet?
It is sweetened with stevia rather than sugar. How sweet stevia tastes varies a lot from person to person, and some people pick up an aftertaste from it that others do not notice at all.
Where does the collagen come from?
The hides of grass fed cattle, the same source as the unflavored version. It is types I and III.
Is it grass fed and grass finished?
The label says grass fed. We have asked whether the cattle are also finished on grass and will state the answer here.
How do I mix it?
