Rooted in Ayurveda · Made in the USA
VediKure sleep and stress products cover five supplements and one topical night cream: organic ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate, organic reishi mushroom, a valerian and melatonin sleep formula, a multi-herb Ayurvedic complex, and a melatonin collagen night cream. Two products contain melatonin and four are melatonin-free, so you can build an evening routine either way. Every label states its full ingredients, serving and cautions. Start with the label, not the marketing.

The six side by side
Five capsule supplements and one night cream. Here is what each one actually contains.
Five of these are dietary supplements and one is a topical cosmetic, and the label tells you which is which. Read it before you order.
How to use them
Each label states its own serving and timing. These habits apply across the range.
AshVeda, Nidra and Reishi are two capsules daily. Ayuvas is one. Magnesium Glycinate is three. The RejuVed cream is 1/4 tsp on face or neck.
The RejuVed label says to apply 45 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. Nidra contains melatonin too, so evening is the sensible slot for it as well.
RejuVed is external use only. It is a cosmetic, not something to swallow, and its label says to call a physician if accidentally ingested.
Every label says the same thing: cool, dry place, out of reach of children, and don't use if the safety seal is broken.
Two. Nidra capsules list melatonin among seven ingredients, and the RejuVed night cream contains 2.4 mg of melatonin per 1/4 tsp application. The other four products are melatonin-free.
AshVeda ashwagandha, Reishi Mushroom, Ayuvas Ayurvedic Complex and Magnesium Glycinate. None of the four lists melatonin on its label.
Ashwagandha, Withania somnifera, is a root used in Ayurveda for centuries. AshVeda pairs organic ashwagandha root with organic black pepper in a two-ingredient capsule. Ayuvas also includes ashwagandha as a 2.5% extract within its herb blend.
A form of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. This bottle holds 90 capsules with a serving of three capsules daily, from 2,500 mg of magnesium glycinate per serving.
No. It is a topical cosmetic for external use only, applied as 1/4 tsp to the face or neck 45 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime per its label. It is the only non-capsule product in this collection.
It means an extract is measured to a set percentage of a marker compound. Here: Reishi is standardized to 40% polysaccharides, and inside Ayuvas the turmeric extract is 95%, brahmi 20%, ashwagandha 2.5% and holy basil 2%.
AshVeda, Reishi, Ayuvas and Magnesium Glycinate carry vegan friendly labels. Nidra's label does not state a vegan status. RejuVed contains collagen, which is animal-derived.
Ayuvas is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish, per its label. The other five labels list no allergen statement.
The labels only cover each product alone, so ask a doctor or pharmacist first. Worth knowing: AshVeda and Ayuvas both contain ashwagandha, and Nidra capsules plus RejuVed cream both contain melatonin, so combining those pairs stacks the same ingredient.
No. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we won't tell you otherwise. If sleep or stress is an ongoing problem, a doctor is the right first stop.
AshVeda, Nidra and Reishi hold 60 capsules at two per day, 30 days. Ayuvas holds 60 at one per day, 60 days. Magnesium Glycinate holds 90 at three per day, 30 days. The 2 oz cream depends on use.
All six are manufactured in the USA and ship from the US.
