Chaga, lion's mane, cordyceps and reishi, each in its own capsule, plus a fermented six-mushroom powder and a chocolate chaga truffle made with dates. The capsules share one spec: organic mushroom powder standardized to 40% polysaccharides, 400 mg per two-capsule serving, measured batch by batch. Fruiting body or mycelium is stated on every label because you deserve to know which you're buying. All six are vegan friendly. Mushroom coffee lives in its own collection.

The six side by side
Four capsules, one powder, one truffle. Here is what each actually contains.
The mushroom coffees in this collection blend lion's mane and chaga with real coffee, which means they contain caffeine. The capsules, powder and truffles above do not contain coffee. Browse the full range at our mushroom coffee collection.
Every product names its mushroom species in Latin, its format and its serving. Read the label before you order.
How to take them
Each label states its own serving. These habits apply across the range.
Capsules are two a day, with food or without. Rudra is one scoop mixed into food or drinks. BHUMI is one truffle a day.
The capsules contain no coffee, so morning or evening both work. Consistency matters more than the hour.
The pullulan capsules pull apart, and the powder stirs into coffee, tea or a smoothie. Chaga tastes earthy rather than bitter.
Cool, dry place, away from direct light, out of reach of children, and don't use if the safety seal is broken.
Mushrooms like chaga, lion's mane, cordyceps and reishi that have long histories in traditional use across Asia and Northern Europe, and are now taken as supplements in capsule, powder or edible form. The term describes the category, not a measured effect.
It varies by product and we state it plainly. Chaga and Cordyceps capsules are mycelium. Lion's Mane and Reishi are fruiting body and mycelium. Rudra is fermented mycelial biomass. Many labels in this category avoid the question; ours answer it.
Each capsule batch is measured to contain 40% polysaccharides, 400 mg per two-capsule serving, rather than estimated. Polysaccharides are a broader measure than beta-glucans; these labels state polysaccharide content, not a beta-glucan percentage.
All six carry vegan friendly labels. The capsules are organic pullulan, fermented from tapioca, with no gelatin.
The four capsules contain mushrooms only, no coffee. Chaga's label states caffeine free. Rudra includes green tea extract, which can naturally carry some caffeine, though the label does not state an amount. The mushroom coffees sold separately do contain caffeine, from the coffee itself.
Capsules give an exact serving with no prep. Rudra's fermented powder mixes into food or drinks. BHUMI truffles are a chocolate flavored edible made with dates, one a day, for people who dislike capsules entirely.
Yes. The pullulan capsules pull apart and the powder mixes into hot coffee, tea or a smoothie.
The labels cover each product alone, so ask a doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you take any medication. Worth knowing: Rudra already contains cordyceps and reishi, so pairing it with those capsules stacks the same mushrooms.
BHUMI truffles contain flaxseed and cacao. Lion's Mane includes pea starch, a legume. Cordyceps includes organic rice hull. And no mushroom product suits anyone with a mould or fungus allergy.
Five of the six are manufactured in the USA. BHUMI truffles are manufactured in Latvia. All six ship from the US.
Each capsule bottle holds 60 capsules at two per day, 30 days. BHUMI holds 30 truffles at one per day, 30 days. Rudra is scoop based, so check the servings on its label.
We won't claim that. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. These are traditional mushrooms in modern formats, and the honest pitch stops there.
